The Brief
iGate interiors where awarded the contract to fit out Presidio’s 4,500 sqft European Headquarters, at Parkwest Business Park in Dublin. The client’s brief, saw them merge the functions of their Sandyford office into their Parkwest Campus, with the project having some interesting elements, including the re-cycling and re-use of some of their existing furniture, (which was re upholstered) and also the disposal of some of their old furniture to charitable/non for profit organisations.
The works where completed on schedule over a four week period, covered two floors & delivered on budget.

Project Scope
The scope of work included the following tasks:
• Meet with clients Interior Designer & in house project team
• Movement of some of their furniture at their Sandyford Office, to be reused as part of the project at their Parkwest office
• Breakdown & disposal of existing old furniture at Parkwest office
• Recycling of old furniture at Parkwest to local charitable & non for profit organisations
• Re upholstering of Task Chairs & desk dividers from Parkwest & Sandyford to be reused
• Supply of New Boardroom Table & Desk Tops
• Strip out, to include dismantle of existing partitioned offices & uplift of existing carpet tiles
• Building of New offices, training room & Boardroom, using our Double glazed system
• Application of Manifestations on all New Double glazed offices & glass doors
• Fitting of additional sound baffling above ceiling of all New meeting rooms and offices
• Supply/installation of additional office sit/stand desking, seating & New collaboration furniture
• Removal of all associated packaging & waste off site for recycling
• Supply & fit of over 400sqm of Desso Essence Structure Carpet Tiles for all offices, open plan & walk ways spaces on both floors
• Supply of New 4 people meeting booths from the Hush Range
