The Brief
In July of 2025, iGate interiors completed Phase 2 of a “Refresh Project”, for Calor Gas at their Group Head Office, on the Long Mile Road, in Dublin 12.
The works where completed on schedule over a four week period, covered two floors & delivered on budget. A valued long term client, we had previously been awarded the “Phase 1 Refresh Project” , along with a number of other projects at their other locations in: Belfast, Tivoli Cork, Tolka Quay (Dublin) & Whitegate filing plant (Cork). As well as an extensive Home Office furniture project, for their staff across the 32 counties.

Case Study
The scope of work included the following tasks:
- Initial meeting to explore design layouts, to accommodate the growing nature of the business, with a view to optimising space
- Refresh of the Staff Canteen furniture with New Pearson Lloyd designed furniture from Allermuir
- Building of New training room & supply of Agile seating from Senator furniture
- Supply & fit of customised magnetic glass white boards, for all collaboration & meeting spaces
- Supply/installation of additional office desking, seating & New collaboration furniture
- Internal Decorating of over 300sqm.
- Reconfiguration of existing cellular offices & building of additional New offices/meeting rooms
- Supply & fit of New LVT flooring for coffee dock area.
- Removal of all associated packaging & waste off site for recycling
- Supply & fit of over 900sqm of Desso Dessert Range Carpet Tiles for all offices, open plan, walk ways & staircases
- New LVT flooring from Tarkett for the staff canteen
- Insulation of over 1000 LM of internal walls
- Replacement of New stair nosing’s in all four stairwells
- Breakdown old furniture to be out in storage
